What is StockFun
StockFun is a token launchpad. What sets it apart fits in one sentence: every trade on a market buys tokenized stocks, and those stocks are airdropped to the holders of its token.
The starting observation
Two worlds coexist without talking to each other.
Memecoin launchpads produce volume and leave nothing behind. A token goes up, comes back down, and all that remains is a chart. Nothing accumulates.
Tokenized-stock products accumulate something real but are inert: you buy a tokenized share, it sits there, nothing happens. No culture, no community, no reason to come back.
StockFun wires the second onto the first. Speculative volume, which exists anyway, funds the purchase of real assets, distributed to those who hold the token.
How it works
- Anyone launches a market. The entire supply — one billion tokens by default — is deposited as Uniswap v4 liquidity, locked, in the creation transaction itself. The creator advances no liquidity and receives no allocation.
- Every buy and every sell pays 5 % by default. Two points of those five go to the market's treasury.
- Once every 24 hours, if the treasury holds at least 0.1 ETH, an offchain worker, the keeper, converts that ETH into tokenized stocks according to the basket chosen at launch: AI, Mega Tech or Index. The basket is fixed at launch and held by the market's vault, which StockFun's owner can upgrade.
- Right after, 100 % of the stocks bought are airdropped to the token's holders, pro rata to their holdings, as wrapped stocks on Ethereum.
The more a market trades, the more stocks are distributed to its holders. That is the whole mechanism.
What you hold
A memecoin, and at each airdrop, your share of the stocks the treasury bought. Nothing else.
Holding a market's token gives you no right over the vault: no withdrawal, no buyback, no shareholder right, no relationship with the issuer. The vault buys the stocks and distributes them at each airdrop, the token's price is set by the market, and no promise connects the two.
This is developed in What StockFun is not, and it is not stylistic caution: it is what separates a memecoin from a regulated financial product.
The numbers worth remembering
| Market supply | 1,000,000,000, fixed, never minted again |
| Creator allocation | 0 |
| Fee per trade | 5 %, buys and sells |
| Treasury share | 2 %, the largest line, fully airdropped to holders |
| Liquidity | 100 % of supply, locked from creation; its only exit, the end mode, is announced 30 days ahead |
| Baskets | AI · Mega Tech · Index, fixed at launch |
The figures are the default settings. Since 2026-10-05 StockFun's owner can change the fee and its split on every market, and the supply of the markets created afterwards; a token's supply, once minted, never changes. See Trust model.
